Consulting Rates/Prices

Travel ... if travel for on-site work is required we charge all travel/accommodation expenses for reasonable & agreed cost PLUS £50/h of agreed travel time. The minimum on-site engagement warranting travel is 2 days.

Time ... one day is typically needed to complete the minimum useful setup of automation - a day is considered to be 8 hours. Any extra time needed can be pro-rated at the equivalent hourly rate.

Licenses/Subscriptions ... for some of our results it is required that you maintain ongoing subscriptions to various platforms and tools. The cost is usually very reasonable/low (often in the range of £20-100 per month) and should not stop you from gaining the major productivity benefits on offer.

Fixed Pricing and Rebates ... we can always talk about fixed prices for larger projects or rebates for large time commitments.

Retainers and Up-Front Cost ... depending on the project we might require up to 50% up-front payment, and we are open to discussions about retainer-based arrangements.
